The brief

B_FIT, part of Armah Sports, operates fitness clubs in Saudi Arabia. The team needed help managing campaigns across Riyadh and Jeddah, with different offers and seasonal priorities in each city. Gambra Digital began working with B_FIT in January 2026, taking on paid media, creative, conversion tracking and membership-funnel analysis, with weekly reviews alongside the client.

The constraint

A gym membership is rarely a one-click purchase. Prospects compare locations and plans, return across several sessions, message the brand and may complete their purchase through a different route. B_FIT’s membership journey also runs through PerfectGym, so the advertising platforms, website analytics and club sales report do not measure exactly the same thing. We needed to understand where prospective members were dropping out and which sales the advertising platforms could actually track.

The approach

The Gambra team managed search and paid social activity around Riyadh and Jeddah, separating branded demand from broader acquisition and reviewing budgets, search competition, messaging and creative with B_FIT. As the year progressed, the team moved branded search campaigns onto conversion-focused bidding and redirected competitor-search budget towards generic demand where the opportunity was stronger. We refreshed prospecting creative and tested Instagram conversations alongside other enquiry routes. A gym-facilities carousel gave prospective members a clearer view of the product before they spoke to the brand. Weekly reporting connected creative decisions with conversation volume, cost and new-contact quality rather than treating every message as a new member. Gambra investigated the gap between GA4 and the membership backend, restored event collection and published a native Google Ads purchase tag and Conversion Linker in August. The team kept the club sales report as the reference for total sales while working through consent and attribution limitations. An analysis of 17 July to 8 August identified registration as a major point of friction: 86.6% of users who started registration did not reach checkout within the measured sequential funnel. Around 95% of registration and checkout activity was mobile. Those findings informed a recommendation to simplify the journey and bring the purchase decision earlier. It did not measure the effect of a redesigned checkout. For Saudi National Day, the team developed static creative concepts, adapted campaign assets and coordinated city-specific offers and destinations with B_FIT. Search campaigns went live on 13 September, followed by Instagram activity and coordination around the client’s new Arabic and English landing pages. B_FIT and its production partners supplied the campaign film and landing pages. Gambra’s role was creative input, paid distribution, tracking and campaign optimisation.

In the client’s words

“9 months and going strong.”

What started as a temporary setup with Gambra is now 9 months and going strong.

The Gambra team are seasoned operators who come from the trenches, and I particularly appreciate their wide perspective on growth, not just from a performance marketing POV.

Truly a 5-star team: hands-on, organized, communicative, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to support.

I highly recommend Gambra if you're looking for great partners who can walk the talk 🙌

The result

Across the eight completed months from January to August 2026, reported total club sales were 17.1% higher than in January to August 2025. July and August combined were up 31.0% against the same two months a year earlier. Both figures are calculated from the summed sales totals, not an average of monthly growth percentages. The monthly picture was uneven: January was down 7.1%, February up 5.7%, March up 61.1%, April up 34.6%, May up 4.3%, June down 2.8%, July up 30.3% and August up 31.5%. September provides a separate, provisional update. Sales for 1 to 22 September 2026 were 24.0% above the same dates in 2025, based on the report available on 23 September. September is excluded from the completed-month headline. These are the client report’s total club sales, including memberships, personal training and retail. They cover the clubs in the client’s report, rather than a fixed group of comparable clubs. Offers, renewals, club operations and other activity also contributed, so the growth cannot be attributed solely to Gambra’s advertising. Absolute sales and media-spend amounts remain confidential.

Why it matters

The registration analysis gave B_FIT a specific problem to work on. Most users who started registration were dropping out before checkout, and almost all of that activity was on mobile. Alongside campaign management, Gambra helped the team identify this friction and repair purchase tracking. The club sales report remained the reference for overall business performance.

Frequently asked questions

What did Gambra Digital do for B_FIT?

Since January 2026, Gambra Digital has supported B_FIT with paid media, campaign creative, conversion tracking, reporting and membership-funnel analysis across Riyadh and Jeddah.

How was the 17.1% sales growth calculated?

We divided the sum of reported total club sales for January to August 2026 by the sum for the same months in 2025, then subtracted one. This uses eight completed months and includes memberships, personal training and retail.

Does the growth represent revenue generated only by paid advertising?

No. These are total club sales during the partnership, across the clubs included in the client’s report. They are not a same-club comparison or a measure of advertising impact alone. Absolute sales and media-spend amounts remain confidential.

Why is September reported separately?

The available September report contains sales through 22 September 2026. The comparable 1 to 22 September period shows 24.0% growth versus 2025. It is a provisional month-to-date update and is excluded from the January-to-August headline.
