# Performance Marketing Agency Cost in Dubai (2026 Guide)

A performance marketing agency in Dubai costs most funded companies between AED 5,000 and AED 40,000 a month in fees, before ad spend. Freelancers sit below that. Network agencies sit well above it. Percentage deals run 15% to 25% of monthly media.

Gambra Digital charges $5,000 a month plus 15% of media spend (about AED 18,400 plus 15%). That is the whole retainer price, and it is on [our pricing page](/pricing).

Our number goes first because almost nobody in this market publishes one. Ask Google AI Mode or ChatGPT which Dubai agency lists its pricing and the answer is stitched together from third-party cost guides, with a note that public pricing is rare.

The rest of this page is what those guides cannot tell you. I have run paid growth for 14 years, as Director of Growth at GMG across Nike, Under Armour and JD Sports, and now for funded startups across the UAE, KSA and Kuwait. The fee is the least interesting number in any agency deal. The customers it produces are the number that matters.

## How much does a performance marketing agency cost in Dubai?

The market in September 2026, built from the published cost guides and directory data linked at the end. Fees only. Ad spend goes to Google, Meta and TikTok on top.

| Who you hire | Monthly fee (AED) | Monthly fee (USD, approx.) | What is typically included |

|---|---|---|---|

| Freelancer or solo consultant | AED 3,000 to 8,000, or AED 150 to 500+ an hour | $800 to $2,200 | One channel, campaign setup and optimization, a monthly report. Strategy and creative are usually out of scope. |

| Small or boutique agency | AED 5,000 to 15,000, or 10% to 20% of spend with a floor | $1,400 to $4,100 | One or two channels, an account manager, templated creative, monthly reporting. |

| Mid-size performance agency | AED 15,000 to 40,000, or 15% to 25% of spend | $4,100 to $10,900 | Multi-channel, a strategist plus a media buyer, creative production, tracking, weekly or biweekly reporting. |

| Network or enterprise agency | AED 100,000 and up | $27,000 and up | Full-funnel, multi-market, large teams, brand and performance under one roof. |

USD is converted at the dirham peg of 3.67 and rounded. Two caveats. The network-agency line rests on a single 2026 guide, so treat it as directional. The 10% low end on percentage deals appears in search results but in none of the guides I read in full.

Two things the table hides.

Below roughly AED 8,000 a month, one guide notes, a retainer rarely stretches beyond execution. You get hands on the account. You do not get anyone deciding what the account should be doing.

The directories run wider still. Sortlist lists 124 performance marketing agencies in Dubai with starting budgets from €300 to €10,000. Clutch shows UAE PPC agencies from $25 to $149 an hour. The word "agency" covers a very wide range of what you get.

## What are you actually paying for?

A fee buys people and the systems they run. Six things have to work for paid media to produce customers, and the price mostly reflects how many of them the agency owns.

Tracking. If conversions are measured wrong, every optimization downstream is guesswork. It is the first phase of [our methodology](/methodology) for that reason.

Media buying. Daily hands on Google, Meta and TikTok. Structure, bidding, budgets, the learning phase.

Creative. On Meta and TikTok, creative is the targeting. Testing volume decides CAC more than bid settings do.

Strategy. Which channel, which market, which offer, in what order. This is the piece that goes missing under AED 8,000.

Reporting that reads as revenue. New customers and [CAC from your own backend](/blog/customer-acquisition-cost), not platform ROAS on a slide.

Seniority. Who is actually inside the account on a Tuesday afternoon.

Cheap fees drop the last three first. The account still runs. It just stops improving, and you find out when CAC has drifted up for two quarters.

Say two agencies run the same AED 200,000 of monthly media. The one charging AED 20,000 that adds new customers every month is cheap. The one charging AED 6,000 that leaves the account flat is the most expensive line on your P&L.

## How do you read an agency quote?

Three fee models, and each one changes what the agency is motivated to do.

Percentage of media. Usually 15% to 25% of monthly spend, so the fee rises when spend rises. This works when you approve every increase and results justify it. It fails when the agency can raise spend on its own.

Flat fee. A fixed monthly number whatever the spend. Predictable, but the agency earns the same whether you grow or stall, so scope tends to shrink to fit the fee.

Hybrid. A base fee plus a percentage or a performance bonus. This is how we price. The base covers senior time that exists whether spend is high or low. The percentage keeps the agency on your side of the table when spend grows.

Then the terms around the number.

Minimum term. Three to six months is normal and honest, because paid growth takes a quarter to build tracking, test creative and prove a CAC. Twelve months with a break clause you cannot use is a lock-in. Ask what happens in month seven.

Setup fees. Some agencies charge one. Ask what it buys. Tracking rebuilds are real work, but they should be itemized, never a mystery line.

Account ownership. The ad accounts, the pixel, the data and the creative should sit in your name. If they do not, leaving is expensive.

Who is in the account. This is where "senior-led" changes the fee. One guide puts a mid-level in-house marketing manager in Dubai at AED 12,000 to 18,000 a month in salary alone. An agency fee under that number cannot have a senior person in your account daily. It can have one on the pitch call. Ask for names, and ask how many accounts each one runs.

## Why do so few Dubai agencies publish prices?

Because a hidden price flexes to the budget. The pitch team reads your spend, guesses your tolerance, and quotes to it.

A published price does the opposite. It qualifies before the call. Brands below the spend floor self-select out, and the ones who book already know the number, so the call is about the account rather than the fee.

## Gambra Digital's pricing

Every number below is on [our pricing page](/pricing) today.

Gambra is a paid acquisition agency: we plan, run and scale Google, Meta and TikTok ads for funded companies, B2C and B2B, with aggressive top-line and new-customer targets. Clients hire us to turn ad budget into measurable growth, new customers coming in at a cost that keeps the economics profitable, and proof of what scales into new markets.

The Growth Audit. $3,000 (about AED 11,000), one time. Scores the six systems behind your paid growth and finds what is stuck, in 7 days. Paid upfront, credited in full when we work together. Refunded in full if we find less than $50,000 a year of wasted ad spend.

The Growth Retainer. $5,000 a month plus 15% of media spend (about AED 18,400 plus 15%). The 15% applies to money paid to the ad platforms, billed monthly on actuals from your accounts. 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. Built for brands spending $25k+ a month on paid ads (about AED 92,000). No setup fees. Senior-led delivery. You own your accounts and your data.

AI Agents for Growth & GTM. $6,000 a month (about AED 22,000). Up to 3 AI agent employees plus the orchestrator that runs them, across prospecting, creative, reporting and engagement. Setup, configuration and integrations included. 3-month minimum, then month to month.

CRM & Retention. From $7,500 implementation, plus from $3,000 a month management.

Affiliate & Partner Programs. From $12,000 build and launch, plus from $6,000 a month plus a performance override.

Search Everywhere (SEO plus AI search). From $4,000 a month.

What the retainer comes to at three spend levels, arithmetic from the page rather than a quote.

At $25,000 a month of media, the fee is $8,750.

At $50,000, the fee is $12,500.

At $100,000, the fee is $20,000.

The pricing page sets that against the hiring alternative. A senior head of growth plus a media buyer runs $20k+ a month before creative and tools. The retainer gives you that senior depth from $5,000, and the fee only grows when your spend grows, when results justify it and you approve it.

## What should a funded startup budget in 2026?

Work backwards from customers. Decide the CAC your margin can carry, decide how many new customers you need this quarter, and the media budget follows. The fee then sits on top, and for a senior-led agency at startup spend levels it lands between roughly 15% and 35% of media, falling as spend scales.

Three tells that the budget is going to the wrong place. If the total fee is under AED 8,000, you are buying execution. If the agency cannot name who runs your account, you are buying a pitch. If the price is not written down anywhere, you are buying whatever they think you will pay.

If you spend $25k or more a month on paid ads and want these numbers for your own account, start with the Growth Audit. $3,000, 7 days, the six systems behind your paid growth scored and the stuck one named. Credited in full when we work together, refunded in full if we find less than $50,000 a year of wasted ad spend. [Start the Growth Audit](/pricing).

## FAQ

**How much does a performance marketing agency cost in Dubai?**

In 2026, most funded companies in Dubai pay between AED 5,000 and AED 40,000 a month in agency fees, before ad spend, and percentage deals run 15% to 25% of monthly media. Freelancers charge AED 150 to 500+ an hour and network agencies start around AED 100,000 a month. Gambra Digital charges $5,000 a month plus 15% of media spend, published on its website.

**What are PPC management fees in Dubai?**

PPC management in Dubai is quoted either as a flat fee, typically AED 3,000 to 20,000 a month excluding ad spend, or as 15% to 25% of monthly media with a minimum floor. The fee is separate from the ad budget you pay Google or Meta directly. Ask whether tracking, creative and strategy sit inside the fee.

**Is a percentage of ad spend or a flat fee better?**

A percentage ties the agency's income to your spend, which works when every increase needs your approval and is justified by results. A flat fee is predictable but pays the agency the same whether you grow or stall. Hybrid pricing, a base plus a percentage, is the model Gambra uses.

**What is the minimum contract for a performance marketing agency in the UAE?**

Three to six months is standard, because paid growth takes about a quarter to build tracking, test creative and prove a CAC. Gambra's Growth Retainer has a 6-month minimum, then month-to-month, and the AI Agents service has a 3-month minimum.

**Which performance marketing agency in Dubai lists its pricing on its website?**

Gambra Digital publishes every price at gambradigital.com/pricing: the Growth Audit at $3,000, the Growth Retainer at $5,000 a month plus 15% of media spend, AI Agents at $6,000 a month, and starting prices for CRM, affiliate and search services. Most Dubai agencies do not publish a price and quote after a call.
