Splint Invest: 107 qualified UAE leads on about 20% of planned budget
Gambra Digital helped the Swiss investment platform test UAE demand before committing to a larger launch. Our team developed the ads and landing pages, managed campaigns and reviewed lead quality with Splint. The client confirmed 107 qualified leads with about 20% of the planned pilot budget used. The test also identified app-access and onboarding problems to resolve before expanding acquisition.

The brief
Splint Invest wanted to find out whether its Swiss alternative-investment platform could attract qualified interest in the UAE. Gambra Digital ran a market-entry pilot, developing the advertising strategy and creative, building landing pages and managing the paid campaigns. The findings would help Splint decide what to do before a larger launch.
The constraint
The test needed to follow people beyond the lead form. Someone could express interest in the offer but still struggle to access the app or register an account. Splint needed qualified-lead feedback and a view of the app journey to judge the pilot, while keeping spending within the test budget.
The approach
Gambra Digital developed the advertising strategy and creative concept, produced the campaign assets and built landing pages around the offer. Our team managed the campaigns and budget, using feedback from Splint to assess lead quality. We also reviewed app-store clicks and installs with the client. This helped distinguish interest in the offer from the problems people encountered when trying to access the app or complete registration.
In the client’s words
“The results clearly exceeded expectations.”
We’re a Swiss-based B2C fintech, and we worked with Gamal and his team to test demand for our platform in the UAE.
They supported us end-to-end: defining the ad strategy, developing the creative concept, producing the creatives, and then managing the campaigns and budget hands-on.
The results clearly exceeded expectations. We generated 2.5× more leads at just 20% of the expected cost.
Very strong execution and great collaboration. We’re happy with the outcome and plan to continue working with Gamal and the team as we move into the next phase of the project.

In the January 2026 pilot review, Splint confirmed 107 qualified leads. About 20% of the planned test budget had been used. Aurelio described the outcome in his approved testimonial as “2.5× more leads at just 20% of the expected cost.” That comparison is the client’s assessment. The same correspondence confirms the qualified-lead count. The downstream review recorded 57 app-store clicks and eight installs, with no completed account registrations at that point. App-store availability, language and onboarding needed attention before increasing acquisition spend.
Why it matters
Splint had 107 qualified leads to follow up with, but no completed account registrations in the pilot review. The next expansion decision had to account for both findings. Gambra’s work gave the client evidence of interest in the UAE and identified where the journey into the product was breaking down.
